Istanbul Okan University is one of the most modern and rapidly developing private universities in Turkey. Founded in 1999, it began academic activities in the 2003-2004 academic year. The university combines theory and practice, actively cooperates with business and offers students participation in the “Preparation for Business Life” program from the first year. Today, the university has thousands of students studying in Turkish and English-language programs. Okan University is known for its innovative approach, international connections and modern campus in Tuzla (Istanbul).
